Each year, NOMAR CID gathers the top professionals in commercial real estate to celebrate excellence in sales and leasing. The 2024 Awards Ceremony was another standout event, recognizing the best deals, brokers, and agents in the Greater New Orleans area. This past year, SRSA once again demonstrated its industry leadership, securing multiple awards across key categories.
Kirsten Early was awarded Deal of the Year for her role as a buyer representative in the land sale at the corner of Napoleon Avenue and Freret Street in New Orleans. The upcoming development will transform the community, overcoming significant challenges and complexities to create a lasting impact.

Shannon Corrigan was honored as this year’s YPN Rising Star, a recognition given to young professionals making significant strides in commercial real estate. Her dedication, expertise, and growing impact in the industry set her apart as a leader to watch.
For the second year in a row, Kirsten Early was named Land Broker of the Year for her exceptional expertise in land transactions. Her ability to navigate complex deals and drive successful outcomes continues to set the standard for excellence in the industry.
Chris Robertson, Jr. earned the title of Special Purpose Broker of the Year for his work in high-impact and complex transactions. His dedication and strategic approach make him a valuable asset to SRSA and the clients he serves.
Land Sale of the Year – Kirsten Early earned this award for the second consecutive year and was recognized for her work on the land sale at Napoleon Avenue and Freret Street.
Retail Lease of the Year – Kirsten Early and Stephanie Hilferty secured this award for the lease of the former Sears space at Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge. This deal also earned the runner-up honors for Deal of the Year. The space will be a first-of-its-kind experiential retail concept in the market - Dick’s House of Sport.
Retail Sale of the Year – Sandra Corrigan, Stephanie Boyd, Collin Holmes, Michael Corrigan, and Shannon Corrigan received this recognition for their sale of the OnPath Portfolio in Covington, Slidell, Thibodaux, and Westwego.
Special Purpose Sale of the Year – Barry Spizer, Steve Reisig, and Chris Robertson, Jr. were awarded for their work on the sale of the Garage at 1200 Poydras Street in New Orleans.
