Collin Schoen Holmes, an experienced Senior Sales and Leasing Associate, specializes in the retail and office sectors, representing an impressive portfolio of clients such as Crumbl, Club Champion, MyEyeDr., Snipes, Sportsmans Warehouse, Gerber Collission, and OnPath Federal Credit Union.
Collin initiated his real estate journey in 2008 as a newly licensed agent, building on his educational foundation with a degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee ('03) and graduating from Jesuit High School ('99). In his 13 years with SRSA, Collin has excelled in representing both landlords and tenants, offering him a unique and comprehensive understanding of every transaction. He specializes in site selection for tenants in a high-demand market and assembling buyer properties. Currently holding the position of Senior Sales and Leasing Specialist, Collin navigates both sides of lease and sales transactions with enthusiasm, remaining optimistic about the growth he envisions for the industry.
Before joining SRSA, Collin ventured into title research and abstracting, owning and managing a title abstract business focused on residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His background in title abstracting has proven advantageous in the commercial real estate business, offering a unique perspective when collaborating with local developers and businesses.
Collin's notable achievements include being the Highest Volume recipient in 2013 and securing the Office Sale of the Year in 2021. He is an active member of CID (Commercial Investment Division) of the NOMAR (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and X Team. Some of the significant projects Collin has contributed to include LakeTown Shopping Center, 3131 I-10 Service Road for OnPath, and Zea locations in Ridgeland and Denham Springs.
Beyond his professional commitments, Collin enjoys golf, spending quality time with family, coaching, and volunteering for several non-profits, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Drew Rodrigue Foundation. He is also a proud member of the Krewe of Hermes.
