Collin Holmes joined SRSA in 2008 as a sales and leasing associate with a primary focus being retail and office representation.  Holmes works with local developers and businesses to help uncover creative expansion solutions and he also excels in the assemblage of properties on behalf of national tenants and/or buyers. Some of his clients include Sportsman’s Warehouse, Zea Rotisserie, Tropical Smoothie, Which Wich, Family Dollar, Dunkin Donuts, Wingstop, Another Broken Egg Café and Rum House.

Prior to joining SRSA, Holmes successfully managed and owned a title abstracting business for nearly six years with his competency being in title and tax research throughout Louisiana. The majority of his research has been in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

In 2013, Collin received the highest volume, first time recipient award from the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors for sales and lease transactions more than $5.0 million.

Collin is a member of Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (NOMAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and X Team International. He also volunteers his time for many non-profits, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Drew Rodrigue Foundation.  Collin received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee.  He is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana.
