Steven R. Reisig, Vice President and Partner, CCIM, is a highly accomplished Office Leasing and Investment Sales professional. Since 1991, he has served as a Founding Partner of SRSA Commercial Real Estate. His expertise extends to esteemed clients such as Poydras Properties, Crutcher-Tufts Corp, Sarpy Investments, N3 Corp, Blue Williams Law Firm, CDH Investments, Mutual of New York Insurance, Morguard USA, Gautreaux Family Trust, I STAR Financial, Klaff Realty, Richards Family Properties, and Embel Management.
A Tulane University Business School graduate with a dual focus on Marketing and Finance, Steven is recognized for his problem-solving acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to going above and beyond for his clients. His journey began in 1980, and he has garnered rich experience through positions at CBRE and Oak Tree Capital.
Steven's achievements include serving as the Former President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter, where he was honored with the F. Poche Waguespack Award for the highest volume of Commercial Real Estate transactions in Louisiana. He has also contributed significantly to various organizations, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Stuart Hall School for Boys, Michael J. Fox Foundation/Kickin Parkinsons, Order of Constantine for Sigma Chi Fraternity, and the Tulane Olive and Blue Society.
Steven has orchestrated significant deals throughout his career, including selling three Class A Office Buildings in Downtown New Orleans, such as the Entergy Headquarters Building, Energy Centre, and 1615 Poydras, totaling $180 million. His portfolio encompasses numerous successful transactions involving retail and industrial properties, such as Whole Foods, Algiers Plaza, and James Business Park.
In 2023 alone, Steven achieved the leasing of over 400,000 square feet of office space for Poydras Properties, securing deals with prominent entities like Entergy Corp, GSA, and New York Life.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Steven finds joy in fishing and hunting with friends and family. As an avid Saints fan and loyal supporter of Tulane, he has a history as a former triathlete and Iron Man. His companions include two Labs, Jax and Laverne, and he enjoys traveling with his best friend and wife, Kirsten.
