Kirsten Early, CCIM has been an integral part of SRSA Commercial Real Estate since 1998, bringing over two decades of expertise in executing real estate strategies for retailers and landlords. With a focus on retail tenant representation, tenant site selection, land assemblage, property disposition, and participation in shopping center redevelopment, Early has established herself as a leader in the industry.
As the Director of Retail for SRSA, Early currently leads a dedicated team of retail professionals overseeing landlord and tenant representation. She designs and implements leasing programs for national and regional retail companies. Notable among her accomplishments are several awards, including the Largest Transaction Award (2012 & 2013), Top Tenant Rep Lease (2011 & 2014), Top Retail Lease (2007 & 2008), Top Office Sale (2004), and Largest Special Purpose Sale (2003).
Early's contributions extend beyond her successful transactions. She has been recognized for her industry insights as a panelist on prestigious platforms such as the CCIM Retail Market Forecast Panel, the University of New Orleans Economic Outlook & Real Estate Forecast Panel, and the ICSC Open Air Round Table Panel. In 2008, she assumed the role of CCIM chapter president and received the 2008 President's Cup Award. Her exceptional performance led to partner status in 2005, making her the youngest partner ever hired by the firm.
In 2012, Early added another accolade to her impressive portfolio by being voted as the Secretary for X Team International, a leading retail real estate brokerage alliance covering 45 major markets across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
A graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA), Early earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in 2002 and is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana. Her extensive client list includes prominent retail tenants such as Floor & Decor, Total Wine, Chick-Fil-A, BJ's Wholesale Club, Dave & Buster's, Bath & Body Works, Petco, and many more. In 2005, Early was honored as one of the top 50 women by New Orleans City Business. Her unwavering dedication and outstanding contributions have solidified her as a respected figure in the commercial real estate sector.
