Baton Rouge, LA – SRSA Real Estate has completed the sale of 15151 Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for $2,625,000. The property was sold by Direct Administration, Inc. to United Christian Faith Ministries, Inc., led by Pastor Mark Ellis.
The sale was handled by Barry Spizer of SRSA’s New Orleans office, Jeanne Bourgeois Avant of SRSA’s Baton Rouge office, and Tim Reynolds of CBRE’s Chicago office.
This sale marks the conclusion of a multiyear marketing effort led by Spizer, founding partner of SRSA, who worked closely with his client for nearly three years to identify the right buyer and use for the property. United Christian Faith Ministries had been pursuing the acquisition for over two years while raising funds to make the purchase possible.

Located near O’Neil Lane and Central Thruway, the 140,822-square-foot former Direct General Call Center sits on 35.052 acres and includes 524 paved parking spaces. The property’s next chapter is still to come, and the community will soon get to see how this prominent site is reimagined and brought back to life.
