Jeanne Bourgeois Avant, CPM is an accomplished Property Manager with a keen focus on special projects, recently obtaining her IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. In December 2021, Jeanne took on the role of Property Manager for the new Baton Rouge office.
A highly educated professional, Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Race, Ethnicity & Gender, as well as Public Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She further pursued her education by earning a Master of Science in Organization Development.
In 2024, Jeanne achieved the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential, underscoring her commitment to excellence and mastery in property management. With an extensive background in luxury resort management and nonprofit management, Jeanne brings a unique skill set and perspective to property management. Her diverse experience benefits both owners and tenants, ensuring a well-rounded approach to the management of various properties.
Before her current role, Jeanne managed an upscale, open-air retail center on the Big Island of Hawaii. She oversaw multiple medical, office, government, and retail properties in Palm Springs, California. Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Louisiana chapter.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jeanne is an avid reader of historical fiction and true crime, enjoys cooking, and finds solace in outdoor activities such as walking and gardening. Whether managing properties or pursuing personal interests, Jeanne brings dedication and a wealth of experience to every endeavor.
