Planet Fitness has officially announced its first Downtown New Orleans location at The Park at South Market — marking a major milestone for the brand’s local growth.

Kirsten Early (Partner / Director of Retail), represented the largest Planet Fitness franchisee in the U.S., in securing the former Arhaus furniture space. Her strategic expertise helped guide the deal in one of New Orleans’ most prominent mixed-use developments. Jack Eglé, Luis Banos, and Felicity Property Co. represented the landlord, The Domain Companies, in the transaction.
Set to open in late 2025, this new club will be a major addition to the South Market District, joining a community of residences, retailers, and restaurants in a highly walkable, transit-oriented environment.
