SRSA REPRESENTS SELLER OF TOYS-R-US BUILDING – SLIDELL, LOUISIANA

Barry Spizer, CCIM, of SRSA Commercial Real Estate represented BBB Corporation in the $2 million sale of the Toys-R-Us building in Slidell, Louisiana. The former Toys-R-Us property is located across from North Shore Square Mall at 137 Northshore Blvd, Slidell, LA was purchased by international grocer ALDI, Inc (Tennessee) at the end of March, 2019. The total size of the building is reported as 30,766 square feet with 3.41 acres of land.
