Zachary Ayo, an Assistant Property Manager, joined the SRSA team in May 2022, contributing his expertise in property management and a vision for continuous professional growth.
In his current role, Zachary manages all facets of a building's occupancy and maintenance. He ensures effective communication with tenants, addressing property-related issues promptly. His responsibilities include maintaining property insurance policies and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors and collecting monthly and quarterly accounts receivable. Additionally, Zachary processes payables, codes invoices, and manages billbacks, contributing to the financial stability of the properties. He actively prepares monthly financial reports and coordinates with third-party vendors, showcasing his commitment to operational efficiency. Reconciling payroll is among his many responsibilities.
Zachary brings a wealth of experience to his role, having previously served as Assistant Property Manager at Poydras Properties, where he oversaw the operations of multiple high-rise buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet in the New Orleans Central Business District. Before entering the real estate field, Zachary accumulated over a decade of experience in Retail Management at a Fortune 500 company.
Driven by his aspirations to grow into a Property Manager role, Zachary aims to achieve his real estate licenses and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification. His dedication and diverse background make him a valuable asset to the SRSA team, contributing to the seamless management of commercial properties.
