Zachary Ayo is a Property Manager who brings his expertise in property management and a vision for continuous professional growth to the SRSA team. Since joining in July 2021, he has grown from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager, a progression that reflects both his dedication and SRSA's investment in developing talent from within. He brings hands-on expertise across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and commercial condominium properties, and now manages a growing group of office and multi-tenant retail assets, ensuring efficient operations for every property under his management.
In this role, he manages day-to-day operations while fostering strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners. He is committed to delivering exceptional service, maintaining well-managed properties, and driving operational efficiency. His strong financial management skills are widely recognized, particularly his success in accounts receivable and collections, which have helped maximize property performance while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
Zachary started with SRSA at Poydras Properties, one of the firm's properties, as Assistant Property Manager. There, he managed multiple Class A high-rise office buildings in the New Orleans Central Business District. This nearly one-million-square-foot portfolio included prominent tenants such as the Entergy New Orleans headquarters and several government agencies.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Zachary built more than a decade of leadership experience in retail management.
Zachary is a licensed Real Estate Professional and is currently pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in commercial property management.
