With over 35 years in commercial real estate, Stephanie Boyd specializes in office leasing and investment sales, representing both landlords and tenants across the Greater New Orleans market. A former retail business owner herself, Stephanie offers her clients a unique and valuable perspective. Known for her market insight, strategic approach, and long-standing client relationships, she has successfully completed transactions ranging from multi-million dollar property sales to complex lease negotiations for state agencies and private companies.
Her landlord representation clients include the 2400 Veterans Boulevard building, 990 N Corporate Boulevard building, and the Burns and Wilcox building. Tenant representation clients include OnPath Credit Union, Atmos Energy, and Plumbers Union Local 66.
Stephanie’s recent work includes the award-winning sale and acquisition of 3900 Howard Avenue, where she and the SRSA team represented WVUE Fox 8 in purchasing a 44,000 square foot building on a 55,516 square foot lot in downtown New Orleans. Recognized as the 2023 Office Sale of the Year and 2023 Deal of the Year by CID NOMAR, this multi-million dollar transaction marked the first phase of a two property exchange that also included the sale of Fox 8’s former facility to Xavier University of Louisiana.
In 2024, Stephanie and her colleagues were honored with the Retail Sale of the Year award for the sale of OnPath Credit Union’s branch portfolio in Covington, Slidell, Thibodaux, and Westwego, totaling more than 13,000 square feet. Additional major transactions include the LakeTown Shopping Center sale, 2121 Airline Highway sale, 990 N Corporate Boulevard sale, and the OnPath Credit Union project.
Stephanie began her career with Latter & Blum Commercial before joining John Kushner and Associates. She later worked with Joseph Canizaro and Regis Realty, gaining valuable experience in investment property sales and office leasing.
Alongside her real estate career, Stephanie also has over 20 years' experience as a small business owner. She has owned two very successful Subway franchises for over 25 years.
A lifelong New Orleanian, Stephanie is the proud mother to two sons. She has served on the boards of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the Metairie Club Estates Homeowners Association, as well as supported local fundraising efforts for the March of Dimes.
