Stacy Davis joined SRSA in 1997 as a sales and leasing assistant. The following year, she accepted the role of accountant and performed general bookkeeping tasks such as general ledger, payroll processing, accounts receivable/payable, 1099 reporting, and bank reconciliation for SRSA Commercial Real Estate and its subsidiaries. In 1999, Davis transitioned into her current role as a property manager.
As an SRSA property manager, Davis is responsible for the overall management, operation and financial planning of mixed-use retail centers, office buildings, condominium associations and business parks on the north and south shores of metropolitan New Orleans. Her areas of expertise include: tenant and building improvements, repairs and maintenance, direct monitoring of vendor activities, vendor contract negotiation, budget development, collection monitoring, coordination of default proceedings, preparation of management reports and financial statements, and the fostering of amicable owner/tenant relations. Davis specializes in office and retail leasing for landlord and tenant interest and the negotiation of new and renewable tenant leases.
Prior to joining SRSA, Davis worked as the corporate tour and travel sales assistant for the Royal Sonesta hotel. During her tenure with the global hotel chain, she assisted two sales managers with new business, the preparation of reservation documents, correspondence, and the receipt and follow-up of sales calls.
Davis received her bachelor of arts (B.A.) from the University of New Orleans. She was awarded the Certified Property Management Designation (CPM) in 2004 and received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010. Davis has served on various boards and committees for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was elected president in 2010. She has been an active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) since 1999. Davis is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana.
