Nick Kallman is a detail-oriented real estate agent bridging the gap between the residential and commercial industries. Nick has been brought on to play a key role in launching SRSA Residential, where he is eager to expand SRSA’s vision and success in an evolving market.
Originally from Milwaukee, Nick relocated to New Orleans in 2016 to pursue Architectural Design and Real Estate at Tulane University. After graduation, he gained valuable experience as an architectural designer and photographer before transitioning into real estate.
Nick is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients with diverse needs, including residential rentals, single-family home purchases, boutique retail leases, industrial leases, multi-million dollar investments, and more. His experience allows him to offer solutions for both residential and commercial clients. Over the past five years, Nick has successfully represented clients ranging from tenants, landlords, business owners, developers, and first-time homebuyers. Additionally, he holds an FAA Drone Pilot License, further enhancing his ability to provide comprehensive real estate services.
Nick was honored as the 2022 Rising Star by the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR). He currently serves as the Chair of NOMAR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) and serves on the Tulane School of Architecture Alumni Council and the Common House advisory team.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Nick is passionate about home renovations, photography, cooking, and a variety of outdoor sports and activities, reflecting his creative spirit and active lifestyle.
