Nicholas Corchiani joined SRSA in the fall of 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his background in sales and event management.
Before transitioning into real estate, Nicholas served as the Director of Sales and Events for his family’s renowned restaurant, where he honed his skills in leadership, negotiation, and client relations while overseeing daily operations and driving strategic sales initiatives.
A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Nicholas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Minor in Entrepreneurship in the spring of 2023. His academic training has provided him with a solid foundation in marketing, strategic planning, and business development, all of which he now applies to his real estate career.
Outside of work, Nicholas is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and creating memories with family and friends. His love for adventure and new experiences reflects his dynamic and enthusiastic approach to both life and business.
