Mercedes Lorick joined the SRSA team in August 2026 as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing her experience of over 10 years in residential property management across Class A, B, C, and D properties.
She supports commercial property owners, tenants, and clients, helping facilitate effective property operations and positive tenant experiences. Her years overseeing resident relations and daily property operations give her a strong foundation in responsiveness and relationship management that now carries over to her work with SRSA's clients and tenants.
A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Substance Abuse, Mercedes enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants around town outside of work.
