In 1987, Center Management Services was acquired by Latter and Blum Property Management, Inc. and Laufer’s portfolio and responsibilities expanded to include over a million square feet of real estate throughout the Gulf South. During his 18-year tenure with Latter & Blum, he was named as a vice president for the company.
Following a dedicated career with Latter & Blum, Laufer went on to join New Orleans based, Property Management Group, LLC (PMG).
