Last week, our whole team was able to connect at our annual retreat all together. Our fantastic speaker, Tim Fulton, came back to lead us in team building activities and teach us how to provide more value to our clients while being more effective leaders. Tim has brought his expertise to our retreat for two decades now and we love to hear the new topics he brings to us! We were able to discuss new trends in business as a company and share our knowledge across our various areas. We ended our day on a fun note outside where our crew enjoyed competing against each other in field games, including Football Bowling! Our annual awards were handed out amongst applause to team members who stood out by going the extra mile and bringing a little more joy to our office each day. We look forward to ending this year strong and can't wait to see how our team grows by our next retreat.
