A new retailer to the Kenner market, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet will open their first store in Kenner Center (393 West Esplanade Avenue in Kenner, Louisiana). Ollie’s Bargain Outlet plans to open the new store in Q1 2022. This will be the second store location for Ollie’s in the New Orleans market.
Kirsten Early of SRSA Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease for a 29,000 square foot space previously occupied by Steinmart.
