Steve Reisig, CCIM, of SRSA Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease transaction for Hurts Donut Company to come to 1200 Poydras Street. Soon to open this first location in Louisiana, Hurts will join the current anchor tenant, Dave & Buster's, on the ground floor of this 17,270 square foot building in July.
Hurts Donut Company is a 24-hour craft doughnut company founded in 2013. Hurts Donut's goal is the "relentless pursuit of really, really really, good freaking donuts." The franchised chain started in Springfield, Missouri and has expanded throughout the US with 20 stores in 10 states and 7 coming soon. The company has been featured on Food Network, and features more than 70 varieties of deluxe donuts, from Maple Bacon to Cookies and Cream.
