NEW ORLEANS, La: On March 15, Gators & Ghosts: A New Orleans Tour Company, opened its brand new location on 728 St. Louis Street. Gators and Ghosts offers tours of supposedly haunted locations around the French Quarter as well as airboat rides through the swamps of Louisiana. Prior to their March opening, they had once operated out of a small open air tourist stand along Bourbon Street for many years. Their new location is now steps away from Bourbon and Royal Streets as well as being very close to the heavily visited Jackson Square.
Before Gators and Ghosts moved in, the previous owner worked extensively to transform the property into an attractive office space. The interior and exterior parts of the building were renovated and repainted. SRSA is proud to represent both parties and look forward to Gators & Ghosts' continued success in the Quarter.
