SRSA, along with our X Team Retail Advisors partners, Faris Lee Investments, represented the seller of the 228,000 SF shopping center. Utilizing industry relationships, our team was able to broker a deal between N3 Real Estate, the out-of-market owner, and a California buyer, bringing a new investor into our market.
