SRSA Founder & Managing Partner Barry Spizer, CCIM represented Fifth District Savings Bank in the sale of 4650 LA Highway 22 in Mandeville, Louisiana.The 3,010 square foot bank and 2.37 acres of land was sold to Jefferson Financial Federal Credit Union for $1,750,000 on July 27, 2020. SRSA was able to sell the property and close the sale within 60 days.
