A Metairie land parcel at 2701 N. Hullen Street has found its new owner, with SRSA Real Estate guiding the seller through a $580,000 closing. Stephanie Boyd of SRSA Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction, while Tony Ruiz of NOLA Living Realty represented the buyer, Al Copeland Properties, Inc.
The property will be utilized for personal warehouse purposes by the buyer, who recently acquired an adjacent parcel as well. That neighboring site is slated for a senior living facility, signaling the buyer's broader commitment to the area.
Bringing this transaction to the finish line required creative problem-solving and a shared commitment to closing. A movable trailer located on the property presented a logistical challenge in the days leading up to closing, as efforts to relocate it prior to the closing date were still underway. Rather than allow a secondary matter to stall a well-negotiated deal, both parties stayed focused on the larger goal, and the transaction closed successfully on the agreed terms.
"This was a transaction that required both sides to stay focused on the bigger picture," said Stephanie Boyd. "We are proud to have represented our client through a closing that demonstrates what determination and clear communication can accomplish."
