It was a big night at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium, both for SRSA Real Estate and for the Green Wave. As the official sponsor of Tulane Baseball's home game against Southern Mississippi, our team was on the ground connecting with fans throughout the evening, and the response exceeded every expectation. From our permanent spot on the outfield wall to signage throughout the venue, it was exciting to see the SRSA name represented across the park all night.
Our team was set up at the gate as fans walked in, handing out complimentary Roll Wave koozies, sharing information about our company, and signing attendees up for our raffle. It was great to see fans from both sides stop by the table and get in on the action.
One of the highlights of the night came before the first inning even started. SRSA Director of Marketing & Business Development, Rebecca Long, had the honor of throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, a memorable moment for Rebecca and our entire team.
Later in the third inning, Rebecca was interviewed live on the radio while the game was being broadcast, speaking to listeners about SRSA Real Estate, who we are, and what we do. Having the opportunity to reach the game's radio audience in real time was a unique and exciting part of the evening.
It was a great night for everyone involved. Tulane trailed 5-0 before mounting a remarkable comeback to defeat No. 12 Southern Miss 7-6. Between the crowd, the comeback, and everything happening at our table, we could not have asked for a better night at the ballpark.
We were thrilled to give away two prize packages to a couple of lucky fans.
