This past week our team joined Jefferson Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting to unveil a new 1.25 megawatt full-building generator, now providing 100% automatic backup power to every tenant - no buy-in required. This is the only generator in the area offering full-building coverage, with tenants benefiting automatically without added cost or coordination. In a part of Kenner where outages are all too common, this upgrade ensures businesses at 2400 Veterans can keep operating without interruption and comes at a critical time as hurricane and storm season is already underway.
Since taking over leasing, our team has worked closely with ownership to help boost occupancy by 28,000 square feet, which is a 21% increase. It's a testament to what’s possible when strategic leasing and thoughtful reinvestment come together for the tenants' benefit.
