Seller Representation. SRSA knows what it takes to make a property valuable. Our goal when representing a seller is to package a property properly and present it to the appropriate potential buyers. As marketing agents, we produce custom-designed marketing programs to sell a property quickly and profitably.

Buyer Representation. When representing a buyer, we first determine whether a property can be a match for our client. Tenant Representation. Many tenants have been represented by SRSA for years — and have remained our clients through multiple lease negotiations. These companies use our services time and time again. SRSA is a talented regional company — we provide results and live in the area after a deal is done. As a result, we have established quality relationships with local and regional landlords and brokers.

Our services include market analysis, site selection, proposal preparation and deal negotiation. SRSA is experienced in build-to-suit, lease or purchase of land and all aspects of building lease negotiation.

Landlord Representation. Understanding a property’s appropriate tenant mix and position in the marketplace keeps SRSA a leader in landlord representation.
