SRSA awarded new managment contract

SRSA Gulf South Management has been awarded the Property Management for East Jefferson Hospitals MOB portfolio. The portfolio consist of several medical office buildings which include - 3601 Houma, 32,754 square feet, 3800 Houma, 51,929 square feet, 4315 Houma, 56,639 square feet and 708 W. Esplanade, 9,218 square feet. Mike Hilferty will be the Property Manager. Mike has been the Director of Property Management for SRSA Gulf South Management since 2001. Mike has many years of experience managing medical office buildings. Mike recently was awarded the Certified Property Manager of the Year awarded by Louisiana Chapter 55 of the Institute of Property Management – IREM.
