SRSA named Master Broker for Zea Rotisserie & Grill

SRSA announced today that it has been engaged as the exclusive master broker for Zea Rotisserie & Grill, an upscale casual-dining restaurant serving inspired American food. The SRSA tenant representation team is headed by Barry Spizer and Mark Spizer. Zea Rotisserie & Grill currently has 13 restaurants throughout the United States including Mobile, AL, Birmingham, AL, Albuquerque, NM, Pensacola, FL, Plano, TX, New Orleans, LA and Lafayette, LA. They are targeting new locations in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. The award-winning restaurant is known for its chicken, ribs, duck and seafood fare.
