SRSA Open House

SRSA hosted an open house of our new office at 2555 Severn Avenue on September 25, 2008 to celebrate our new home and to entertain many of our friends and clients.

SRSA Commercial Real Estate was started over 17 years ago by the four founding partners Barry Spizer, Steven Reisig, Don Schwarcz and Cathy Alba. In 2005 Kirsten Early became a partner. In 1997 SRSA expanded to include SRSA Gulf South Management and Gulf South Commercial Construction. With the addition of these companies SRSA is able to offer its clients comprehensive professional brokerage, leasing, property management, development and consulting services.

In the summer of 2006 the partners purchased an 11,000 square foot 2-story office building. The building had been constructed in the 1970's and suffered heavy damage in 2005 during Hurricane Katrina. After a year of planning and reconstruction, SRSA moved their headquarters into 5,500 square feet taking the entire 2nd floor space.

The reconstruction of the building includes an entirely new exterior, new roof, addition of an elevator and entirely new interior construction and finishes.
