Melissa Warren, leasing and sales associate, comes to SRSA Commercial Real Estate with over nine years experience in real estate sales and leasing. As a sales and leasing associate for SRSA, Melissa focuses on retail, office and industrial sales and leasing as well as providing clients with the services of site selection and tenant representation.

Prior to joining SRSA, Melissa was a senior real estate advisor for Grubb& Ellis/ Sawyer Commercial of Gulfport, Mississippi. During her nine-year tenure with the company, Melissa was responsible for investment, market and financial analysis, market leasing and sales, and purchase and lease negotiation. On behalf of clients, she coordinated transaction due diligence, site selection services and assisted clients with planning and zoning matters.

In 2005 and 2006, Melissa was awarded the Top Producer Ruby Award by the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (GCAR) for completing the largest number of commercial transactions on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In 2010, she was inducted into GCAR's Top Producer Round Table for lifetime achievement. Melissa graduated from Mississippi State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. In 2006, she was designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member upon successfully passing the comprehensive final exam for materials covered in CI 101-CI 104 and passing the CCIM Institute's panel judgment for the portfolio of qualifying industry experience.
