Mark shares responsibility for SRSA Asset Management and is principally responsible for the operation of Northpark Business Park in Mandeville, LA. Prior to joining SRSA, Mark was a real estate portfolio manager with ING Investment Management in Atlanta, GA. At ING, Mark was involved in the production and closing of over $1 billion in loans including fixed and floating rate debt, fixed to float, construction to permanent, secured lines of credit, unsecured lines of credit, participating debt, forward loan commitments and portfolio loans. He worked closely on all asset types with institutional funds, private developers/funds and REITs throughout the country. Mark served as an analyst in 2002 and 2003 for Holiday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., a leading commercial real estate investment bank.

Mr. Spizer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers ("ICSC") and the Urban Land Institute ("ULI"), and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and Louisiana.
