Sales and Leasing Associate, Jeanne Booth has been a member of the SRSA team since 2006 and specializes in office and industrial leasing for landlord and tenant interests. Along with SRSA Partner, Steve Reisig, Jeanne has been heavily involved in the leasing of the East Jefferson General Hospital Portfolio.

Prior to SRSA, Jeanne spent nine years as a property manager and leasing agent for Latter & Blum Property Management, Inc. where she negotiated and renewed tenant leases, provided tenant representation and managed a number of owner and buyer investment transactions. Her involvement extended to all phases of property management including: property takeovers, budget forecasting, cost recoveries, construction management, and property supervision.

In 1983, Jeanne secured her first real estate position as property manager and leasing assistant for Poydras Center Associates, and managed a 450,000 square foot Class "A" Central Business District (CBD) office building. In addition, she was responsible for accounting, budget forecasting, vendor supervision, tenant services, capital improvements, and parking garage supervision and procedures.

Jeanne studied Liberal Arts at the University of New Orleans. She received a CPM designation in 2003 from the Institute of Real Estate Management and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2005. Jeanne served as the 2008 President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana. She is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and serves on the board of the Associated Neighborhood Development non-profit.
